I have been using the shade since I had kids 5 years ago. After having my hair done for years I had a good idea how to do it and got hooked on doing it myself. So much easier and cheaper. Noticed the upgrades too! Good on you guys. Love the new clips and the Tsubaki oil is THA BOMB!

Haven’t used it yet, but hoping to get good result. Because of my grey hair, I dye it often. Do you sell multi-application hair dye? I really wanna stick with you guys.

I'm grey and my hair grows very quickly, so I have to colour it myself. I heard about The Shade in a fashion magazine so thought I would give it a go. Very prompt delivery, very well priced, easy instructions and the colour is perfect. Even my hairdresser said it look fantastic. My only feedback is perhaps you could have two hand sizes for the gloves (I have big hands and the gloves didn't really fit) and it said there were clips to pin my hair back but they were not included in the box. These two comments are so minor to the excellent colour, product and service though :)

Great quick delivery. My only challenge is I would have liked the developer in a bottle so I can use as much or little as needed if I was just going to do the hairline from them to time. Sachets aren’t great. Good product but I don’t feel it was better value than going to the chemist.

After years of box dyes from the supermarket that severely damaged my hair, and a switch to the shade about 7 month ago - my hair has never full & felt so healthy. My subscription is money well spent and a subscription that I wont be deactivating any time soon 🩷

Was hesitant to do my own colour at home with all the mess and staining but with The Shade, they provide all the tools necessary to make colouring your hair at home a breeze. I was also very impressed with the grey coverage, it looks better than a salon cover and with the bonus of having no nasties. Will be using The Shade from now and saving Salon fees. I will only visit the Salon once every 3 months for a good hair cut.

Have been using the shade for about 12 months now. I have changed my colour a few times but have now found the perfect colour. I love how helpful the consultants have been. My order comes on time every five weeks and I now pay a couple of hundred dollars a year compared the thousands I was spending at the salon. Highly recommend.
